Jacob’s Creek Double Barrel Shiraz Cabernet Rum is first matured in traditional French and American oak wine barrels and then, once blended, is finished in Caribbean rum barrels. The result is a combination of rich flavours, creating cocoa and vanilla on the palate from the traditional oak barrels, mixed with rum and raisin flavours and a hint of Christmas cake, thanks to the rum barrels.
